FFU motor selection
A. noise
Noise is one of the important technical indexes of FFU motor, a study of noise or FFU motor. Therefore, to reduce the noise is to the direction of motor production enterprise, performance parameters should attach importance to it is the design and use of FFU motor. Explicitly stipulated in the "code for design of clean GB50073-2001": "the noise level of the clean room (free state), non unidirectional flow clean room should not be greater than 60dB (A), one-way flow, mixed flow clean room should not be greater than 65dB (A)" so in the choice of wind machine the best choice when the high performance, the extrusion direct drive, radial fan blade, which can reduce the overall noise.
B. energy consumption
FFU DC motor power is 60 W~140 W, therefore, the average power consumption is 100 W; and the average power of traditional FFU AC motor is 160 W~360 W, the average power consumption: 260 W. The 1000 FFU motor class 100 clean room, 1 hour can save 0.16 kWh electric operation of each of the FFU motor. If 1 yuan /kWh electricity industry average electricity meter, a year can save electricity: 1000 × 0.16 kWh × 24h × 365d × 1 /kWh = 1401600 yuan, saving on cold electricity: 9kW * 24 * 365 * 1 = 78840 yuan, for the 1000 FFU DC motor with respect to the exchange of FFU the motor, the annual electricity savings of 1401600 yuan and 78840 yuan = 1480440 yuan.
C. vibration value

D. control mode selection
At present, FFU generally use three-phase and single-phase multi speed AC motor, multi speed AC motor and DC motor. The motor power supply voltage 110V, 220V, 270V, 380V four. The control mode is divided into the following:
(1) the multi gear switch control system.
(2) the continuous speed regulation control.
(3) computer control.
(4) remote control.
The performance curve of
E. unit
The performance curve of units including: air flow (wind speed) -- external static pressure curve, air flow (wind speed) -- power curve, curve performance of the unit should provide include: air flow (wind speed) -- air efficiency curve, air flow (wind speed) -- energy efficiency index (EPI) curve. For the sub file to run the unit, unit operation performance curves are given in different gear, the stepless adjustable unit, should give at least 3 set of performance curve, including the highest condition, 3/4 condition, such as the maximum speed for the performance curves of 1800rpm\1350rpm and 900rpm speeds, shall indicate the scope of work curve.
